  • Circuit Challenge 9am Instructor: Kathryn
    • Learn new workouts to use in gym or at home in a timed set. 

Wednesdays

  •   Circuit Challenge 5:45 a.m Instructor: Kathryn
    • Learn new workouts to use in the gym or home in a timed set. 
  • Boot Camp 5:30pm Instructor: Andy
    • Strength, cardio, and core, timed sets.Challenging whole body workout.

Thursdays

  • PiYo 9am Instructor: Kathi
    •  A fusion of Pilates and Yoga for a full body strengthening and flexibility workout.
  • Sculpt 5:30pm Instructor: Pamela
    • Total body workout featuring cardio bursts and resistance tools for a great metabolic response. Emphasis on learning various training systems with proper form!

Fridays

  • Boot Camp 10am Instructor: Kathryn
    • Strength, cardio, and core, timed sets. Challenging whole body workout.​

Saturdays

  • Circuit Challenge 8:15am Instructor: Kathryn
    • Learn new workouts to use in gym or at home in a timed set.
