From yoga to bootcamp, there's a class to fit your goals. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.  



Fall Class Schedule 

Mondays:

  • BOOTCAMP 5:45pm Instructor: Andy

    • Circuit style workout which challenges us in strength, cardio, and core. We will workout the entire body and have fun in the fast paced group workout!

Tuesdays: 

  • TABATA TUESDAY 9am Instructor: Kathryn

    • Tabata is an interval timing with 20 second of work and 10 seconds of recovery for a length of 4 minutes. Anything goes, different workout every week.  

Wednesdays:

  • ​STRENGTH CHALLENGE 5:45pm Instructor: Claudina

    • Work head to toe with a variety of exercises to build strength and endurance, defining and sculpting the muscles for a strong and fit self!

Thursdays:

  • PIYO 9am Instructor: Karm

    • Beachbody choreographed high intensity low impact workout. Elements of yoga and Pilates are included.


  •  FLEXIBLITY FUSION 5:45pm Instructor: Kathryn

    • 45 minutes of flexibility and core training using a variety of modalities ranging from yoga and Pilates to general dynamic or static stretches.

Fridays:

  • BOOTCAMP 10am Instructor: Kathryn

    • Circuit style workout which challenges us in strength, cardio, and core. We will workout the entire body and have fun in the fast paced group workout!

Saturdays:

  •  WEEKEND WARRIORS 8:15am Instructor: Kathryn

    • If you workout on the weekend, you are considered a warrior! Every week we do something different: circuits, tabata, strength and conditioning, core, and flexibility training.
