Summer Class Schedule

Mondays:

  • BOOTCAMP 5:45pm Instructor: Andy
    • Circuit style workout which challenges us in strength, cardio, and core. We will workout the entire body and have fun in the fast paced group workout!

Tuesdays: 

  • TABATA TUESDAY 9am Instructor: Kathryn
    • Tabata is an interval timing with 20 second of work and 10 seconds of recovery for a length of 4 minutes. Anything goes, different workout every week.  

Wednesdays:

  • OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP *** 6pm Instructor: Kathryn/Claudina
    • ***These classes are a summer community wellness project in Douglas. Please see details on flyer at the gym and around town. We are asking for a $5 donation and a portion of proceeds will be donated to a variety of causes.

Thursdays:

  • PIYO 9am Instructor: Karm
    • Beachbody choreographed high intensity low impact workout. Elements of yoga and Pilates are included.

Fridays:

  • OUTDOOR SUNRISE YOGA*** 6:30am Instructor: Kathryn

Saturdays:

  •  WEEKEND WARRIORS 8:15am Instructor: Kathryn
    • If you workout on the weekend, you are considered a warrior! Every week we do something different: circuits, tabata, strength and conditioning, core, and flexibility training.
