Monday  - 5:30pm Strength and Conditioning - Kathryn

                  Using all the tools to increase our strength and mobility

Tuesday 8:30 amFunctional and Fit - Ashley

                 focused movement and strength training 

                     for every day wellness

Wednesday- 9:00 am Yoga - Karen

        Hatha Yoga with a focus on mobility, balance, and general flexibility.

                            -5:30pm Strength and Conditioning - Karm

Thursday- 8:30am Functional and Fit - Ashley

Saturday- 8:30am Weekend Warriors - Kathryn

                 anything goes - cardio/strength/core - usually in a                  circuit format
